For a recruitment agency in Liverpool UK, we are looking for 1 o 2 motivated interns. It is a diverse internship, whereby you will perform several tasks.

Job purpose

  • Ensuring the candidate database is kept up to date and candidate records are populated with all relevant information and skill sets
  • General candidate management and candidate registration administration
  • Pre screening temporary workers and booking them in for interview
  • Interviewing workers face to face
  • Providing inductions to workers which are client specific
  • Understanding the Right to Work documentation required and ensuring 100% audit compliance
  • Scanning all relevant RTW documentation to system
  • Keeping booking browser up to date
  • Matching workers to relevant bookings
  • Contacting and developing relationships with both new and existing workers
  • Booking workers onto contracts
  • Generating availability lists
  • Assisting consultants with the day to day running of contracts
  • Building strong relationships with clients day to day
  • Contacting clients to seek orders
  • Placing advertisements with job centres and keeping window displays and on line postings up to date
  • Reference checking
  • Gathering of leads and market intelligence for Consultants
  • Liaising with other agencies where applicable
  • Candidate marketing
  • Updating of CRM database as instructed

Key performance Indicators

These will be set by the Senior Consultant monthly. KPI’s will be reviewed informally on a weekly basis and formally on a monthly basis.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to deal with high volumes of work

Responsabilidades

  • Working closely with the Consultants to ensure that all bookings are filled
  • Recruiting and placing suitable candidates on assignments
  • Ensuring all registration packs are 100% audit compliant
  • Following up references
  • Liaising with clients on a daily basis
  • Taking booking orders from clients and on site teams
  • Ensuring databases are accurate and up to date
